The permanence in the houses has effect from saturday to saturday with the departure within 10.00 am. The house is given from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm. The shorter period allowed is of one week during the low season and two weeks during the high season. The payment method is the following: 30% of the due amount is payed at booking, final balance at the arrival. In case of cancellation the deposit will be withheld.
The guest on the arrival has to leave for each house a 50,00 Euro deposit, which will be returned on the departure after an inspection of the house by the direction.
In case of delayed arrival the house will be kept free until 08.00 pm, except in case of previous communication. The reservation period will have to be payed in full both for delayed arrival and early departure.
The houses can guest at maximum the number of persons allowed: children 0-3 years are considered guest anyway, even if with their own cradle.
